The 45’x16′ was designed to attach the 78′ car ferry (USCG Subchapter T) and transport cars and passengers across the Mississippi. Both vessel were built at Skipper Liner Manufacturing in Lacrosse, WI. The Village of Cassville in Wisconsin won an ARRA grant and the project followed the procedures set forth by the US government.
